- Use our platforms for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities
Pricing & Payments
- All pricing and quotations provided by JIVESNA TECH are valid only for a limited duration.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule before project delivery or service activation.
- For recurring services (example: hosting, AMC, support plans), renewal fees must be paid before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.
- Taxes and additional government charges may apply as per law.
Project Delivery & Timelines
- Estimated timelines are based on client responsiveness and the information provided.
- Any delay in providing required information, approvals, or payments may extend the project timeline.
- Once a project is delivered or configured as per the approved requirement sheet, additional changes may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
- All software, code, UI/UX designs, documentation, and technical materials developed by JIVESNA TECH remain the company’s property until full payment is received.
- After full settlement, ownership will be transferred as per the agreed service contract.
- Third-party softwares, plugins, or licenses remain the property of their respective owners.
Data & Privacy
- We take strong measures to protect client data. However, clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data unless a backup plan is included in the purchased service.
- JIVESNA TECH is not liable for loss or corruption of data caused by hardware failure, human error, incorrect client actions, or third-party issues.
Hosting & Cloud Services
For cloud hosting and managed server services:
- Resource usage must be within the subscribed plan.
- Illegal content, copyright violations, and harmful scripts are strictly prohibited.
- Failure to renew services on time may result in data removal as per the server policy.
Support & Warranty
- Support is provided as per the plan purchased (AMC, ticket-based, or on-demand support).
- Customizations made by third parties outside JIVESNA TECH may void support coverage.
- No guarantees are made that services will be error-free, but we promise reasonable effort to resolve issues quickly.
Refund & Cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital services, software installation, customization, hosting, and consultation charges are non-refundable.
- If a client wishes to cancel a service, written communication is required.
- Refunds, if applicable, will follow the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
JIVESNA TECH is not responsible for:
- Losses due to misuse of the service by the client
- Delays caused by third-party providers or internet outages
- Loss of business or revenue due to technical issues beyond our control
In no event shall the company’s liability exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
Modifications of Terms
- JIVESNA TECH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on this website. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
